Air Fryer Brownie Recipe

A delicious fudgy brownie is something that everyone enjoys. We're hooked on this air fryer variation since it "bakes" in half the time of a traditional brownie.

We like to use spoons rather than cutting it into squares. Don't forget to finish it off with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream!

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp. baking powder
Pinch kosher salt
1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled slightly
1 large egg

1. Using cooking spray, grease a 6" round cake pan. Whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing basin.

2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and the egg. Stir together the wet and dry ingredients until everything is well blended.

3. Smooth the top of the brownie batter into the prepared cake pan. Cook for 16-18 minutes in an air fryer at 350°F.

4. Allow 10 minutes to cool before slicing.
