Anne Burrell's Meatball Recipe
Onion, two Spanish onions, garlic, salt, red pepper, and parsley. Beef, pork, veal, and pancetta go into meatballs.
Mix meats, cheeses, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Hand-mix ingredients. Mix onion and water. Salt. Salivate a tbsp of meatball mixture.

350-degree oven. Make meatballs. 18-20 meatballs are made. In 2 teaspoons olive oil, brown the meatballs. Bake meatballs for 12-15 minutes.
